Roayl Irish Academy of Music required a flexible and contemporary poster design to
communicate the richness of the story of the RIAM/IADT/LIR production of Mozart’s
"The Magic Flute". The client wanted a poster, brochure and a simple A5 postcard/mailer
to demonstrate this. The concept behind the imagery of the poster was the idea of the
evil queen mother bursting the bubble of young love that tend to be naive and romantic.
The font used is Sofia Pro, which was chosen for its german and contemporary look.

The brochure, flier and tickets were made to echo the minimal visual language with the use of blue that is used in the poster.
